What is in this course?

Course Description: Pesticide qualification for those wanting to apply professional pesticides using vehicle mounted or trailed weed wiping equipment on a quad bike, tractor, or self-propelled equipment. This course can only be taken if the PA1 qualification has been achieved. Covering: Environmental Risk Assessment, Driver and Terrain Safety, Equipment and Vehicle Checks, Nozzle Types, Calibration of the Wiper, Understanding the Product Label, Accurate Application, Record Keeping and Post Use of the Wiper. Suitable for those working in Agriculture, Arboriculture, Forestry, Grounds, Facilities and Estate Maintenance. It is a Legal Requirement to be qualified when handling and applying Professional Pesticide. Important: Candidates must be aged 16 years old or over to do this course.
