What is in this course?

Course Description: This qualification is the current recognised route for land-based operatives to obtain a CSCS card to work on construction and development sites. On successful completion, along with a completed CITB touch screen test taken at a candidate’s local centre, a CSCS card can be applied for. Covering: Health and Safety Law, COSHH, PPE, Fire Prevention, Electrical Safety, Site Awareness, Accident Prevention and Reporting, Environmental Awareness and Legislation, and Personal Protective Equipment, This is the current recognised training route, alongside doing an online CITB touch screen test that on successful completion learners can apply for a CSCS card. Suitable for those working in Arboriculture, Ecology, Forestry, Grounds, Facilities and Estate Maintenance. Candidates must be aged 16 years old or over to do this course.
