What is in this course?

Course Description: Pesticide qualification for those wanting to apply professional pesticides using a Knapsack Sprayer to or near watercourses only. This course can only be taken if the PA1 qualification has been achieved. Covering: Environmental Risk Assessment, Water Safety, Overall and Spot Spraying, Sprayer Equipment Checks, Nozzle Types, Calibration of the Sprayer, Understanding the Product Label, Accurate Application, Record Keeping and Post Use of the Sprayer Suitable for those working in Agriculture, Arboriculture, Forestry, Grounds, Facilities and Estate Maintenance. It is a Legal Requirement to be qualified when handling and applying Professional Pesticide Important: Candidates must be aged 16 years old or over to do this course.
